SPMC Carson Property Inspections LLC was founded by a group of experienced loss control professionals. Since our founding, the company has grown to be one of the best expert providers of risk intelligence.

 

Our company provides what our clients want, when and how they want it. We strive to complete all work on time. Inspection progress is carefully monitored, and our managers work with agents and underwriters to ensure a timely report.

We can obtain the information you want, how you want it, and present it in a manner easily used by your organization. Our reports can be generated in any format you need including MS Word, XML, CSV, PDF, JSON, and whatever else you might need.  We work with your IT unit to create integrations which make it easy to ingest inspections data into your workflow.

 

Our operation is built to rapidly assign your work to the right field inspector, push the assignment to a productive conclusion, and review the completed report for accuracy. We can automatically produce and send recommendation letters and we offer a service to track the fulfillment of recommendations.

 

You have access to senior management at the highest level and a designated account manager to get your questions answered quickly. Our product manager trains consultants on specific guidelines for your account and works with your account manager so everything runs smoothly, and you are satisfied with our results.

 

We can service your account on a flat fee cost, time and expense or combination of both. Billing is generated at the beginning of each month based upon assignment completion dates in the prior month.
